Delivery & Returns

We currenty offer the following three shipping methods:

FREE SHIPPING (delivery usually within 1 – 3 working days): for any purchases over €50 within mainland Spain.

EUROPE €10 (delivery usually within 7 – 10 working days): Flat shipping rate per purchase to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden & United Kingdom.

INTERNATIONAL €25 (delivery usually 7 – 10 working days): Flat shipping rate per purchase to the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, Japan, New Zealand & USA.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically from your shipping address. Please note that we only ship to the shipping address recorded by PayPal.

We accept Exchanges/Returns within 14 calendar days after receipt of goods. All goods are exchanged for the same price as paid for by the customer. Goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We do not refund postage of any orders.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that returned/exchanged goods reach us in perfect condition. The internal labels must be intact. The customer may consider taking out insurance and using registered post for expensive items.

Any amounts that are to be refunded to you will be credited to your credit card/bank account via PayPal. If an item you would like to have in exchange is more expensive than what you paid for, we will e-mail you an invoice for the difference to be paid via PayPal. We do not record your payment details, as all payments are carried out through PayPal.

High demand can sometimes take us by surprise and certain items may become unavailable. Should this happen we will let you know as soon as possible.

Our website has been designed to inform customers when items/sizes are sold out. When you select an item that is no longer available the “Out of stock” message is shown, and you will not be able to purchase that item. In the unlikely event that an item is sold out at the same time as you make a purchase, you will receive a full refund for that item(s).

Please note that when an item is sold out, we do not normally restock this item. If you would really like a particular item that is out of stock, please let us know.
